This recipe starts with 100% Animal Welfare Certified Chicken and Turkey. The humanely raised poultry are fed a healthy vegetarian diet without antibiotics or growth hormones. Chicken and Turkey are both a great source of protein and healthy fats. Chicken Liver is included and a great source of protein, rich in B vitamins, and trace minerals like phosphorus, iron, copper, magnesium, and iodine, and provides fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K. Chicken Necks provide a great source of protein in addition to calcium and phosphorus. Turkey Gizzards are rich in B vitamins, protein and healthy fats which help maintain healthy muscles.
