Whitefish is a great source of quality protein and omega-3 fatty acids. Oats are an excellent source of protein, fiber and a natural source of iron and B vitamins. Quinoa has high levels of protein and is rich in essential nutrients and minerals such as magnesium, phosphate, iron, calcium and potassium. Coconut oil is an excellent source of energy, easy to digest, and excellent for metabolic function, particularly fat metabolism. Pumpkin is a good source of beta-carotene and fiber - helpful for digestive health.
